Auto-renewal terms

This is an English translation. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.

Auto-renewal is an automatic charge to your bank card for the next 30 days, without entering the card again. The full terms are in section 5 of the public offer.

How it is turned on

Only when you pay for the "7 days for 1 ₽" trial by card in @basevpnapp, and only after a separate tick:

I agree to automatic charges: after the trial — 382 ₽ every 30 days. Turn off any time in Profile.

Without the tick you cannot pay. Other purchases and Telegram Stars payments never turn on auto-renewal.

How much and when

• 382 ₽ for 30 days on the Base plan — the amount in the consent. No other amounts are charged.
• The charge is made within the last 24 hours of the current period. The 30 days are added to its end, so no time is lost.
• Money on your bot balance is used first; the rest is charged to the card.
• A new price applies only with a new consent.

Notices

• 72 hours before the last 24 hours of the period begin, that is at least 3 days before the charge, the bot sends the amount, date, card and how to turn it off.
• After the charge: the amount and the new end date. The receipt goes to the e-mail entered at payment.

If a charge fails

The same amount is retried 1, 4 and 9 days after the first attempt. If you pay manually, there are no more retries. If the third retry also fails, auto-renewal stops.

How to turn it off

In the bot: Profile → "Turn off auto-renewal". Or write to @qalqan_support or admin@qalqan.app. Charges stop at once, the card is unlinked, the paid period stays.

Refunds

An auto-charge is refunded in full if you ask within 48 hours. Later — for the unused days under section 8 of the offer.

Card data

The card is entered on the CloudPayments page and processed under PCI DSS. The Provider keeps only a token and the masked card number and never receives the full card number.
